3.5 aaa88 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where aaa88 reasonably suspects that the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
4.1 aaa88 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. aaa88 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.2 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. aaa88 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits made from accounts not belonging to the registered player may be reversed and the associated account suspended.
4.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. aaa88 targets processing of approved GCash withdrawals within five (5) minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.
4.4 Before processing your first withdrawal, aaa88 requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. aaa88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
4.5 aaa88 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of fraud checks, KYC verification, or investigation of suspected Terms violations. Where a withdrawal is withheld for more than five (5) business days, aaa88 will notify you of the reason via your registered contact details.
5.1 aaa88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
5.3 aaa88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a player's account and are subject to active wagering will not be removed mid-wagering cycle without reasonable cause.
5.4 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only . Players found to be abusing bonuses — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, or any other form of bonus abuse — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
6.1 All games available on the aaa88 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
6.2 All bets are final once confirmed. aaa88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed, except where a technical error on the part of aaa88 has demonstrably affected the outcome of a game or wager.
6.3 aaa88 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games. Live casino games are streamed in real time from licensed studios. aaa88 does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.4 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned to the player's account. aaa88's decision in such matters is final.
6.5 aaa88 reserves the right to impose betting limits on any game, market, or player account at its sole discretion, including maximum bet amounts and maximum payout limits per event or per day.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aaa88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

10.3 aaa88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. aaa88 will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.
11.1 aaa88 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Philippines.
